About Wilmington City Roofing

Wilmington City Roofing is a flat top roofing company serving New Castle and the wider Wilmington area, with a pitch aimed at both homes and commercial buildings. The owner, Warren, is the contact for estimates, and the company is owned by veterans. It handles installation, repair and replacement of flat roofs, and the work includes torch-down rubber, roofing asphalt, tarred coat sealer, and cement and fabric repairs. A 24-hour emergency service covers sudden leaks and storm damage. Tear off and disposal and topcoat work are part of the service list. New residential and commercial installations come with a 15-year written guarantee. The business is locally licensed and insured, gives free estimates, and has been working since 1996. Customer reviews describe repeated leak repairs over two years and plans for new roofs afterward. Rated 4.4 from 71 Google reviews, 56 of them five stars and 9 one star.

It ranks #11 of 13 roofers on our New Castle page by review-weighted score.
